Liquid Particle Counter
Buying right particle counter for liquid is an important concern; therefore, Panomex Inc brings to you an innovative range of liquid Particle Counters to detect degree of pollution of solid particles in different types of oils such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil, aviation kerosene, water based hydraulic etc. These liquid particle counters also detect insoluble particles for organic liquid and polymer solution.
Designed for laboratory based particle counting of liquids, our hydraulic oil particle counters offer assured compliance with industry specific standards. Each unit offers easy to use control system and available with 16 channels. Both the models use light illumination (semiconductor laser) to determine presence, size, count and concentration of suspended particles in fluid or liquid. These units are almost similar in specifications with difference of measuring range and sampling rate; measuring range of PX/KT-2 and PX/LJ150C remains between 1µm to 400 µm and 1µm to 450 µm respectively.

Portable Online Particle Counter
This portable online liquid particle counter is well suited for continuous on-site particle count, the detection time interval can be set freely. Designed for harsh industrial environments, it is conveniently attached to all kinds of hydraulic transmission, lubrication and filter oil machine. It is a light weight device and comes with rugged carrying case, which makes it suitable for carrying to different sites where tough working conditions are prime challenges.
Our online liquid particle counter is fast and easy to operate instrument with 8 measuring channels having measuring range from 1µm to 600 µm. It adopts the principle of light blockage method; therefore, it offers advantages of fast detection speed with high precision and good repeatability. The high precision sensor ensures high resolution and accuracy. It features excellent sampling system; it gives advantages of constant speed for sample injection and precise control for sample volume.
This onsite particle counter is facilitated by the use of color LCD screen which displays the readings in comfortable manner. All control functions are done by pressing thin film touch keys. It is capable to storing up to three calibration curves at the same time (ACFTD, ISOMTD and ROST calibration curves). These curves can be easily switched in order to decrease the conversion error. In order to safe readings for later assessment, these readings can be transferred to PC / laptop with USB interface. User can also take printout of test reports with built-in micro printer.
