Kinematic Viscosity Bath
Kinematic viscosity is a critical property of oils that measures their resistance to flow. A Kinematic Viscosity Bath is a laboratory instrument used to determine the kinematic viscosity of various oils such as crude oil, lubricating fluids, diesel fuel, and edible oils. Panomex Kinematic Viscosity Baths are widely used across industries including automotive, food processing, and pharmaceutical laboratories, delivering reliable and accurate performance.
Panomex viscosity baths provide stable and uniform temperature control, both above and below ambient conditions, and are available with or without refrigeration facilities. The standard product range includes four models—two models offering a temperature range from 5°C above ambient to 150°C, and two models covering 10°C to 150°C, allowing users to select the most suitable configuration for their application.
The Panomex viscosity bath range is ruggedly designed for long-term laboratory use. These units feature a stainless steel inner chamber for durability and corrosion resistance, while the outer cabinet is made of powder-coated mild steel with two sealed glass viewing windows. A provision for internal illumination is provided, with an optional fluorescent lamp available on request to enhance visibility during testing.
