Laboratory Freeze Dryer – Lyophilizer Machine
Freeze Drying (Lyophilization) by Panomex is a dehydration process in which water is removed from frozen samples under a controlled, purified vacuum environment. This process consists of two main stages: sublimation (primary drying) and desorption (secondary drying). During lyophilization, the water present in frozen materials is directly converted from ice to vapor without passing through the liquid phase, allowing the product to dry efficiently without melting.
This technique enables long-term preservation of sensitive materials, which can later be rehydrated and restored to their original state without losing biochemical properties. Panomex freeze drying technology is especially suitable for bio-products that are sensitive in nature, such as antibiotics, vaccines, blood products, enzymes, and hormones.
